Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for most items.

Eligibility & Condition:

Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all original tags attached.

Must be returned in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

Reply to your order confirmation email .

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).

Repackage your item and drop it off at [Carrier, e.g., USPS, FedEx].

Refunds & Exchanges:

Full Refund: To original payment method.

Exchange: For a different size or product.

Store Credit: Available as an alternative.

Exceptions (Final Sale):

Discounted items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Perishable goods, certain health/beauty items have different rules.

Processing Times:

Allow 3-5 business days for returns to be received and inspected.

Refunds appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing.
